Who we are
Galactic Sort is published by Tandogo, the trade name of an independent developer based in Türkiye who is identified in our Privacy Policy ("we"). You can contact us at support@tandogo.com.
Playing the game
Galactic Sort is a game for a general audience. If you are a minor where you live, you need permission from a parent or guardian, who is responsible for any purchases you make.
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to play the game for your own entertainment. The game is licensed to you, not sold.
Your account
You can play as a guest or sign in with Apple or Google. A guest account is tied to your device: if you delete the game or lose your device before linking Apple or Google in Settings, your progress may be lost permanently and we cannot recover it.
You can also make purchases as a guest. If you don't link your account to Apple or Google, deleting the game can lose your progress, including coins you bought. Do not share, sell or transfer your account.
Online service
The game needs an internet connection, and your progress and items are stored on our servers. We do not guarantee that the game will always be available or free of errors, and you may need to install an update to keep playing.
Coins and other virtual items
Coins, hearts, boosters, ships, aliens and ad-free benefits ("virtual items") are licensed to you. They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money, sold or transferred. Coins do not expire.
We may change prices in coins, rewards and daily limits for game balance or to fix errors, without reducing the coins already in your account. We may correct virtual items added by mistake or through cheating.
Purchases
Purchases are made through Apple's App Store under Apple's terms. Apple processes payments and handles refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com. We deliver a purchase to your account after Apple confirms it, and Settings → Restore Purchases asks Apple to check your purchases again. Purchases cannot be moved to another game account.
Ad-free benefits remove the ads between levels, double the coins you earn for completing levels and let you collect the shop's daily rewards without ads. The 30-day ad-free benefit does not renew automatically.
If a purchase is refunded, we may remove what it gave you. Virtual items are delivered immediately, so, where the law allows, your right of withdrawal ends once delivery starts. This does not limit your rights under Apple's terms or mandatory law.
Ads
The game shows ads between some levels and optional rewarded ads. You receive an ad reward only after the ad finishes, and daily limits apply. Ads are supplied by third-party advertisers through Google AdMob. The advertisers are responsible for the products and offers they advertise, and we do not endorse or guarantee them. Do not block or manipulate ads or ad rewards.
Fair play
Do not cheat, use bots or modified versions of the game, exploit bugs, reverse engineer the game except where the law allows, interfere with our servers, use several accounts to abuse rewards, or trade accounts or virtual items. If you do, we may remove virtual items, reset your progress, or suspend or close your account.
Deleting your account and ending the service
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent: you lose your progress, virtual items and the purchases made on that account, and deleting does not by itself entitle you to a refund.
We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these Terms. If we decide to stop offering the game, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and stop selling coins and offers. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, virtual items are not refunded when the service ends.
Intellectual property
The game and all of its content belong to Tandogo or its licensors. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely.
Liability
The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, for losses caused by events outside our control, by your breach of these Terms or by third-party services, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for purchases in the game in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, intent, gross negligence or personal injury, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Apple, Google and other services
The game uses services from Apple and Google, whose own terms also apply. Apple's Standard License Agreement applies to the app. These Terms are between you and Tandogo, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the game or for supporting it.
Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Turkish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live and may bring a claim in your local courts; in Türkiye you may also apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts. Please contact us first so that we can try to solve the problem.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms and will show the new date at the top. We will tell you in the game about significant changes at least 30 days before they take effect; if you keep playing after that, you accept the new Terms. If you live in Türkiye, the Turkish version applies; otherwise, the English version applies.
